- All Sales Are Final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for open, used, or unwanted products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
We understand that issues may arise during shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@evescollection.com with:
o Your order number.
o Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
- Once we review your request, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- If a return is approved, you may receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used perfumes and colognes.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
- Eve’s Elegance Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
